To make these, start with cold, cooked rice and add spices of your choice. Here I used salt, garam masala, and cumin seeds. Add an egg, and mix up the ingredients.
Then simply pan-fry flatten out scoops of the rice mixture in a greased pan. Brown on each side, and serve with something to dip them in or spread on them. Perfect for after work or late night when you just want to eat!
