Its just a matter of applying a quick rub of olive oil (melted butter would also work), salt, and pepper to the wings and then roasting them at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until they're crispy. After they're done, toss them with a sauce made from blended aachar, rinds and all. You could try store bought pickle, but I don't like the taste.
